As a Learning & Quality Assurance Manager at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, you would be in charge of the Learning and Quality programs, as well as the areas listed below.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Previous significant experiencein luxury hospitality
Previous HR management experience is required, with a Learning background
Minimum 2 years of Learning and Quality experience in a luxury hospitality company
Good knowledge of the Four Seasons Training programs and Hiring process

In this role, you will cover different areas of the HR such as:
Coordinate every Learning programs(Steps, BBI, PCI, external training programs, )
Prepare and produce monthly and quarterly learning calendars
Organize and facilitate Embark, Four Seasons Introductory Training Program for all new hires
Coordinate New Manager Orientation program and support those managers through the process
Coordinate the Mentorship program with the Planning Committee members
Co-facilitate and/or coach others to facilitate Management Development Programsand Toolkits
Coordinate everyQuality programs (Forbes, LQA, standards tests.. )
Conduct Designated Trainer Workshops and monthly meetingsand all needed follow-up skill programs
Ensure Standards Training Manuals are updated and formatted correctly in departments and track the employee 30 day checklist
Drive and participate in standards achievement through testing, training, campaigns, and initiatives
Analyze service gaps in Glitch and Medallia Reports, Guest Comment Cards, and LQA Reports to improve service levels and close performance gaps
Health & Safety:
In partnership with the Assistant Director of Engineering, actively support the Health & Safety program of the Resort through facilitating the monthly meetings, campaigns and initiatives
Coordinate and administer all work related injuries and accidents through the internal systems as well as Work Safe BC in a timely manner
With the Assistant Director of Engineering, insure the follow-up of every investigation after injury and deploy the actions needed
Prepare and communicate the health & Safety Corporate quarterly report
You will also:
Assist the HR Team with the planning and execution of all employee relation events
Assist the HR Assistant Manager on the recruitment side when it is required (peak season)
Act as an objective 3rd party employee counseling, problem solving or conflict situation and communicate to the Director of Human Resources any circumstances that may raise legal issues for the hotel
