The Guest Reception is responsible for ensuring each customer has a superior Bluegreen experience by treating each guest with respect, extending a warm greeting, servicing guests in a timely fashion and resolving guest issues. Front Desk Coordinators are also responsible for maintaining accurate Concierge records and ensuring premiums are secure at all times
* Greet and check in guests.
* Accurately assign guests to Sales Representatives.
* Gift clients at the end of their presentation.
* Obtain email addresses from new Bluegreen Owners and Sampler Owners.
* Conduct preliminary and daily audits as outlined in the Marketing Admin Front Desk SOP.
* Conduct gifting upgrades and retail ticket sales as instructed
Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 3 - 6 months previous experience providing general clerical support.
* Knowledge of standard office equipment, screening calls, switchboard operations, quality service fundamentals, MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, Internet Explorer.
* Seeking a bilingual with a professional and friendly demeanor.
* Good verbal and written communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Must have excellent phone etiquette with the ability to multi-task.
* Good keyboarding and organizational skills a plus.
