Description Bluegreen Vacations, a leader in the vacation ownership industry is accepting applications for the OPC manager position for the St Augustine and Jacksonville area.
We are looking for a talented OPC manager to manage our Urban OPC Program at area shows, events and in local area locations. The OPC manager will be responsible for negotiating and securing new OPC locations; hiring, training, managing, and focus on continued development of the OPC representatives. In addition monitor the day-to-day processes and performance to ensure expected levels are exceeded.
Monitor OPC performance through recruiting, training and development Identify and secure shows, events and locations Ensure a high level of customer service and positive guest experience Complete and review weekly and monthly reports to monitor all areas of measured performance.
Manage team through a structured, positive work environment.
Competitive Compensation plan including base salary, tour override and commission on sales volume.

Requirements Minimum Requirement
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required
Proven success as an OPC supervisor or manager.
Strong leadership skills
Strong team-building skills
Professional and reliable
Ability to work in a fast paced environment General understanding of HR policies General understanding of basic recruiting Proficient in MS Office Truck or SUV recommended as there is equipment(tent and tables) required for shows/events.
