Description Purpose:
The position of Sales manager includes having a complete understanding of Bluegreen’s company policies. In the absence of the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager will plan, prepare and coordinate all aspects of the Front Line Sales organization. The Front Line Sales Manager will ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with state, corporate and national sales guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train and develop Front Line Sales Representatives
* Assist Sales Representatives in closing sales
* Maintain above minimum personal performance standards
* Assist in the development, coaching and maintaining performance standards for Inventory Specialists
* On a daily basis in charge of the schedule, line up, performance management and Front Line sales discipline
Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2-5 years of timeshare and sales experience
* 1 year Front Line Manager sales experience
* Good communication and management skills, ability to relate to guests, owners and associates on various levels
