Description Bluegreen Vacations is looking for a highly driven, passionate, leader to manage all aspects of our Face-to-Face package sales team. The Face-to-Face Sales Manager will coordinate and manage all day-to-day activities and administrative duties related to event planning, hiring team associates, lead generation and package sales operations.
Responsibilities:
* Negotiating with venues, booking events and updating event calendars weekly
* Analyze and monitor success of events on a weekly basis with database management
* Oversee set-up, training, production and performance management of Face-to-Face sales associates
* Travel to events to train, monitor production and ensure compliance with Bluegreen Policies and Procedures
* Monitor weekly and monthly event production to ensure weekly, monthly and annual package sales budget is met/exceeded
Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent
* 5 - 7 years Lead Generation and management experience
* Full Time availability - Nights, weekends and holidays required
* Ability to travel
