Description To ensure that assigned Housekeeping areas are kept clean and fully stocked. Also services assigned areas to meet the
expectations of Resort and Company Standards. Stock all linen/terry, and necessary guest supplies in housekeeping
closets. Deliver necessary items to units for housekeepers/restock housekeeping carts as needed throughout shift.
Assist with the stripping of all units. From time-to-time may need to assist in cleaning or partial cleaning of guest rooms
as directed by Department Manger or MOD.
Ensures that assigned linens are stocked at par.
Empties Housekeepers linens on an hourly basis or as needed.
Empties Housekeepers garbage, strips units and picks up dirty linen on an hourly basis or as needed.
Keeps the resort van clean, washing, waxing, vacuuming daily or as needed-keep van logs/checklists updated
daily
Turns in lost and found items if found on Resort.
Keeps public spaces cleaned daily (i.e. porches, steps, grills)
Keeps areas by the vending machines clean, washing floors daily or as needed.
Moves furniture upon request.
Cleans guest corridors, landings, stairs, guest requests, vacuuming, carpet cleaning and heavy cleaning of all
assigned units, offices and public areas in compliance with all standards of quality and productivity.
Reports any maintenance problems, damage or missing items to proper housekeeping personnel.
Report any suspicious activity to security.
Maintains cleaning cart supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly appearance. Ensures all assets and
supplies for the department are secure in storage at all times in a neat and orderly fashion.
Assists management in maintaining an accurate inventory linen and supplies.
Follows all daily projects as assigned.
Promptly turns in all lost and found items.
Properly utilizes key/radio sign-in and out log.
Responsible for timely delivery of guest request items assigned or linens
Maintain benchmarks as established for Medallia Comment Cards and RCI customer service index.
Requirements High School Graduate or Equivalent
Must have valid drivers license
