Description Bilingual Customer Service Representatives answer incoming calls from both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking Bluegreen owners and respond to email and online chat communications. Bilingual CSRs make recommendations and book vacation reservations, and promote enhanced vacation experiences to thrill and delight owners with memories to cherish for a lifetime.
Representatives personalize the owner experience by providing exceptional servicing of the owner account and by promoting additional resort amenities with personalized vacation planning. Bilingual Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the highest quality of reservation accuracy and owner satisfaction.

Requirements * Available to start January 9
* Outstanding communication; candidate must be able to demonstrate fluency in written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish
* Dedication to provide exceptional customer service
* Confident in customer service-related selling processes and setting/achieving goals
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to work full-time schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays
* Positive attendance pattern in previous work history
* Ability to offer comparable alternatives and think creatively
* Ability to promote value-added vacation opportunities and experiences
* Basic computer knowledge (Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.)
* Data entry skills; knowledge of AS400 a plus
* Two years customer service experience preferred
* Bachelor degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
