We are looking for an In Room Dining Coordinator for our In Room Dining Department. Incumbent should have a minimum 1 year's hotel experience, preferably in a luxury property. Responsibilities include—but are not limited to—receiving guest orders and inputting into Point of Sales System (POS); pro-actively communicating special requests to chefs and servers; checking daily amenities ordering, assigning of rooms, deliveries and charges; opening and closing checks correctly to ensure balances are reconciled; accurately describing food and beverage items to guests; following up on quote times given to guest orders; and organizing office area. Knowledge of InfoGenesis POS is a plus. Incumbent must have excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to upsell items. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays. This is an On-Call position only.
