We are looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor, preferably with a minimum of 2 years' Front Office experience. Primary responsibilities include greeting guests and assisting with guest requests; maintaining guest database and guest profiles; assisting in the guest amenities program; supervising the guest relations coordinators; and supporting the Guest Relations Director. Incumbent must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task. A strong sense of luxury hospitality service is critical. Experience with MS Office products, SpringerMiller System (SMS), and HOTSos is a plus. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. This is a full-time position only. Local candidates are preferred. Relocation is not available for this position.
