We are looking for a Guest Relations Coordinator, with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel. Primary responsibilities include greeting guests and assisting with guest requests; maintaining guest database and guest profiles; assisting in the guest amenities program; and supporting the Guest Relations Manager and Supervisor. Incumbent should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task. A strong working knowledge of MS Office products, SMS, and HOTSos is preferable. At least 1 year of Front Office experience is preferred. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. This is a full-time position only.
