The Front Desk Shift Supervisor position is responsible for the supervision of the front desk staff for an assigned shift to ensure guest service and operations meet standards. This position works the front desk as needed, trains staff, and responds to more complex questions and exceptions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior cash handling experience necessary.
• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Six months Front Desk experience.
• Strong computer skills.
