:Serve guest needs by assisting the Bartender and Servers and completing guest requests.
Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service; fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders; cut fruit to recipe standard; follow recipes for making simple syrups.
Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas; keep bar area clean and organized.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors; maintain discretion and confidentiality, including matters relating to guests, staff, the restaurant, and the company.Understand Rocket Farm style, practices, culture, terminology, and general philosophy. Use these principles as guideline for behavior in conjunction with Four Seasons culture and philosophies.
Attend and participate in all required meetings or training events.
•Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum one year’s food service or related work.
Ability to communicate professional and accurately via telephone.
Ability to count and record accurately.
Basic F&B knowledge is preferred.
Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Able to sit, stand and walk up to 8 hours.
Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
