We are looking for an experienced
Demi Chef de Partie
to work within ourMain Kitchen. Creativity and flair, the ability to provide both guidance and strong leadership to others, good business acumen, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
What we are looking for:
• Must have at least3 years’ experience as aCommis Chef and preferably supervisory experience.
• A good understanding and practical knowledge of cooking Italian Cuisine would be beneficial.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of managing your own section
• Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
• Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
• Oral and written fluency in English
