As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, you would be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Food & Beverage outlet to ensure guests are provided with a level of service in keeping with the Four Seasons standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required
1-2 years in a related position
Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)
Food and beverage knowledge
Strong commitment to service
In this role, you will:
Oversee an F&B outlet and ensure guests are provided with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards
Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines
Oversee the maintenance of the F&B outlet
Utilize the hotels computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
follow up on service procedures
apply and make sure the F&B Team is applying the Four Seasons Standards of quality
interview and select job applicants as well as supervise, discipline and give performance evaluations for the F&B employees
